Winecoolermaster.com has over 5 years of experience in packaging and shipping fragile items (such as fine glassware, wine cellars, etc.) throughout the United States. We have extensive quality control to ensure your items ship safely and securely to its destination. Even with these extra precautions, we do realize damages may occur upon delivery. If you receive an item that has been damaged upon delivery, simply call Customer Care at +1 845 363-7517 and we will gladly assist you.
